6 Week Intro To CrossFit

Required for all new members

6 week group class

Kick-off day: Saturday, October 21st at 9:30am

Classes: 7PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Up to 40 times to chose from after completing week 2, including more days.


One on One Elements

 Required for new members that can’t make the 6 Week Intro classes

3 private sessions with a certified Coach

Various times available by appointment. We strongly recommend doing the 6 Week Intro option as it’s the best way to get up to speed on what we do in classes.
