This beginners class focuses on proper technique, nutrition, recovery and building the core strength and aerobic capacity you need to start forging elite fitness. CrossFit Rice Lake

The Hybrid Farm is the home of CrossFit Rice Lake. Our CrossFit classes Forge Elite Fitness through constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement training. These workouts can be challenging for the fittest athletes but our experienced team helps personalize the workouts to your current level to keep you moving forward.

Hybrid Farm workouts provide new skills, strength and conditioning. But our members gain much more. They form friendships, gain motivation and improve their quality of life through their training.

What ages do you work with?
The Hybrid Farm works with clients ages sixteen and up looking to increase their fitness. For members under the age of eighteen we require that a parent or guardian must sign our waiver of liability in advance of beginning training.
I'm really out of shape, can you help me?

YES. We love helping athletes of ALL LEVELS improve their fitness to the next level.

You do not need to possess elite fitness to start, but you’ll need to START to GET FIT.

We have worked with athletes of many backgrounds ranging from working parents to full time military and special forces, from people who just started working out or recovering from injury to ultra marathoners and Junior Olympic Taekwondo athletes. Wherever you are at with your fitness, we strive to scale workouts to manageable, yet effective levels to get you results.

If you are extremely out of shape be sure to check with your doctor first and find out any restrictions you may have. We’ll have you fill out a brief questionnaire before beginning training to inform us of any medical issues or restrictions we’ll need to work around. From there we will start you with Private Training or our Project Origin program to ramp you up until you are ready for something more challenging like CrossFit.

I'm a serious athlete. How can the Hybrid Farm help me?
No matter what your current fitness level one thing is for certain; when we put you to the test across all 10 domains of fitness, we’re going to find some that can improve. Depending on your goals, we can focus on strengthening your overall fitness through our CrossFit classes or work with you on sport specific training through our private training options. If you want to go from good to great, The Hybrid Farm is your gym.
Do you have a kids program?
Stay tuned… While we don’t currently have a kids program, we are already working on future programs for middle school and high school athletes.
