Event 1A – Max Clean. 8 minutes.
Athlete 1 must make their final lift before Athlete 2 begins.

Event 1B –

Event 1B starts 1 minute after max clean ends with a 5 minute time cap:
200 Double unders
60 Toes to Bar
Intermediate: 40 Toes to Bar
Scaled: 40 Toes to Shoulder
Rx’d- Athlete 1 must complete 100 double unders before Athlete 2 may begin their set of 100.
Intermediate: 150 Double unders Athletes can switch any time. One athlete may even do all reps if they want.
Scaled: 200 Single unders
