When did you start CrossFit?
I started in 2015, about three months after Hybrid Farm opened in Rice Lake.
Why did you get into fitness and CrossFit?
I was overweight. The other programs I tried just didn’t seem to work.
Why did you become a coach?
I enjoyed the CrossFit workouts and the people at the gym, so I figured, “Why not?”
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
I like all of the movements. Except double-unders.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
How do you like to spend your time when you’re not at the gym?
I like to coach my son in his sports (wrestling and football), and we are avid bowhunters.
