Equipment used will include parallette bars, the floor, rings, pull-up bars, climbing ropes, and our own body weight.
Movements will include body awareness and core stabilization, kipping, toes to bar, pull-ups, muscle-ups, and handstands.

- Water bottle, snacks/lunch, towel. You will have time to go off-site for lunch as an option.
