If you are looking to improve yourself through morning exercise and all the benefits that come along with it The Hybrid Farm has a few options for you.

  1. Join our CrossFit program. We offer CrossFit classes Mon-Fri at 5:15 am. They are highly structured, professionally coached and you’ll be surrounded with like-minded individuals who want to hit the ground running and crush their day. To join CrossFit, we’ll have you go through our Elements program to learn the basics before joining the group class. So no worries, you’ll be ready. Think of it as a fast-start to get into CrossFit.
  2. Start your fitness journey with Project Origin. This 6 week course now has a 6:15 am option that meets Mon/Wed/Fri and will take you from whatever level you are at to being ready for our regular CrossFit program. We’ll be kicking off this final morning session of Project Origin on Saturday January 9th at 10:30 am with preliminary measurements and fitness testing since we guarantee your results! After this beginners course, we’ll be adding additional CrossFit classes in its place. So get started now!
